The Piedmontese fonduta is ideal with fresh or toasted bread. To enhance its taste and fragrance it should be served warm, by putting the jar in a pot with boiling water for 5 minutes. Alternatively, open the jar, cover it with food film and put it the microwave for 1 minute at 800 watts.
