1. Box Sequencing. What do I get each month?

We change our box every month and you will receive the box of the month. Previous boxes are usually closed and featured in our past boxes page. If you are interested in one or more of the products we have featured, you can drop us a note and we will let you know when they become available for purchase.

2. Where do the products come from?

Edmond’s Team delves deep into regions of Italy, to find the best niche producers that are hard to find even in the best gourmet stores. They are small artisans who produce with passion, high quality ingredients, traditional processes and a lot of love. Their stories are fascinating and we want to share them with you. Food is more than just tasting.

3. Do I need to know how to cook?

No. Our aim is to make it as easy as possible for you to enjoy our products. Most of the time the maximum skills we require remain basic (e.g. cooking pasta and warming up our sauces). We will explain how to do this properly. No worries.

4. How can I buy the products I love?

After each box is delivered we will ask you to tell us what products you liked best. You will be able to buy them in larger quantities together with those from previous boxes that got most interest. This service will be in beta so bear with us as we make it possible for you to taste what you love as often as you want.

5. Can I buy large orders for corporate gifting or special events?

Yes, you can. For any custom or large order inquiry please contact us. Someone will get back to you within 24 hours.

6. I can’t eat certain things; can I know what I will receive?

At this moment in time our boxes often contain meat (beef, pork and others), cheese and milk derivatives, nuts and non-gluten free products. If you have allergies, please check the label on each product and the papers we will send with it for any ingredient you might be allergic to. Also check our past boxes page for previous boxes so you have an idea of what you might find in the future ones although we promise you that each box is a completely separate experience. If you have special allergies and really want to taste some of our products, please contact us. We will find a solution contact us.

7. What if I don’t like some of your products?

Fine food is an experience of discovery and we are sure our members are open-minded about trying new products. Yet, we want to provide an increasingly unforgettable experience. Therefore we would be glad to receive your feedback about our products.

8. If I buy a gift, do I pay each month, or all at once?

For a gift, you pay for the entire gift package at once during checkout. Your gift recipients will receive a box each month for the period you choose for them. The gift subscriptions do not renew.

9. What if I'm not at home when you deliver?

If you are not present at the time of delivery, a delivery notice will be left in your mailbox. You will be able to collect your box from the Post office, at your earliest convenience.

10. I moved, or am planning to move. Can I easily change my shipping address?

Yes. Simply log into your “Account” on the website and click the first tab “Your Shipping Address,” and make the necessary changes. Otherwise, contact us and we will be happy to do it for you.

11. How do I report an issue with my order?

Please get in touch with us so we can help. If possible, please include your order number in the email for our reference.

12. What if products go bad before they are delivered?

This shouldn’t happen as we carefully calculate shipping times and select products that can be easily transported without refrigeration. If anything is wrong with your products please send us a picture and contact us so that we can replace them.

13. Can I get a refund for my order?

At this time we do not issue refunds unless your order is damaged, in which case we will issue full replacements at no cost. We do ask that you provide a photo of the damaged goods, so that we can investigate what went wrong and ensure it does not happen again.

14. When are Edmond Cuisine Boxes shipped and billed?

Our boxes are shipped at the end of every month. Billing at the beginning of every month. You will receive a notification (via email) when our boxes are shipped.

15. What is the cut-off date for signing up in a given month?

Sign-up by the 10th of the month to receive that month's shipment. For instance, if you sign-up by July 10th, your shipment will go out on July 25th. If you sign-up on July 11th, your shipment will go out on August 25th. Be patient, we know you love fine food and we will get it to you. Great things take time to be ready.

16. How do I cancel my subscription?

Canceling your subscription is simple. Click “Account” on our website then click on the 3rd tab “Your Subscription,” and then click “Cancel”. Your cancellation will be processed in real time so, once you cancel, you will not be charged any further.
